The next morning in thhe biggest rain downpour in weeks home depot delivered the skids in an open truck and skids not covered, wood boxes opened on top They wrapped the skids left to right, but not on top. raintends to fall top to bottom. Skid ofnhardwood soaked with water collecting bottom rowmof boxes. Tlleboxes so soaked when i picked it up tore apart under my hands. Grout bags soaked and tearing apart when picked up. Got refunded for it all but whata fiasco. They even screwed up the refund, refunding wrongmcredit cards with wrong amounts. They apologized but trust was broken. I could not believe anyone cold be so stupid and careless. Now back to square one and me cursing home depot more everyday as wifemchanged her mind on color. Installer also lost work for a week.
