We were satisfied with the service that we go on the purchase of our windows. It was the dealings with the company since then, that have given us a sour taste in our mouth. I had called due to mould that is appearing in the corner of our windows. When I asked how to take care of this problem without damaging the window, the woman at the other end of the phone told me to "GOOGLE IT." It makes me feel that now that the windows are installed and paid for, that I am no longer an important customer.
