I had a leak from my 2nd story bathroom tub which ran down the inside of the walls to the main floor kitchen. I called Mr. Rooter and they sent someone who came and said the issue wasn't severe and would be a simple fix. So they "fixed" the issue and the next day when using the bathtub again more water came pouring down the inside of the walls, this time destroying most of the drywall and even ending up in the basement. I called REPEATEDLY for THREE WEEKS trying to get a hold of a manager or someone to try and see what we could do about it and if they could help with the cost of repair because they did not fix what they were supposed to and of course charged me. EVERY SINGLE TIME I called to try and speak to a manager someone else would tell me there's no one there to speak to. They never called me back once in the three weeks I was trying to reach them. The manager I spoke to in the very beginning of the job wouldn't answer his phone or return calls either ONCE.
It was the WORST! customer service I have ever experienced. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
