Centra Windows, Exteriors, Restorations

The builder of my now 5 year old home purchased all doors and windows from Centra. The Service Manager at Centra told me that I have a lifetime warranty of the products.
I have been having issues with their doors from day one. Recently, I emailed 3 times to have warranty work done, no response, I called the Service Manager twice and Lead Customer Care Person, still no response from the company or management. The locking mechanism on 2 doors have failed, basically they arent locking properly. This poses a security and safety issue. This is troubling when a door company doesnt respond to these types of issues. The warranty claim is false. Not good for the companys reputation.

All our windows and doors were replaced by Centra. The sales process was enjoyable, they delivered on time and the quality of the windows and doors look amazing. The sales handled by Ben, the installation team led by Justin and any deficiencies by Mani absolutely make this recommendation to use Centra sincere. Thank you everyone for a job well done. Lovely new hinge system on beautiful cenergy. French Doors My door hinges have shifted so the doors mash instead of mesh . No maintenance video available for the problem and no response from customer service support dispite 2 requests. I'm now going to ask for a quote and see how that moves things my way. I feel a draft dammit.

I would 100% recommend Supreme (Centra) Windows to anyone requiring new windows or replacement. They had a great understanding of current builder code, did not try to upsell and was competitive in prices. Originally quoted approximately 5/6 months for installation and the windows arrived in less than 4 months. 2 crews came in to ensure installation was complete in 1 day. Tidy and professional. Overall extremely pleased.

Final installation; both Mani and Allen were prompt and courteous and knew exactly what was required; they did an excellent job in changing windows and screens and installing the last patio door with built in blinds.
Very clean job took time explaining what they were doing step by step.
On a scale of 1-10 both gentlemen were at 10+!

We're very happy with the work completed by Mani and Pushpinder. We upgraded our 120 year old windows and were expecting a few surprises along the way. They handled the installation with care and the finish is seamless with the rest of the house.
