Worst service ever!! Broke ¾ of the baseboards, made numerous holes in freshly painted walls, nosing is a mess and bathroom and bedroom doors will not close. When I phoned HD to complain they would not send anyone out to look and said I would have to pay an additional $350 to have them come back to fix the doors. They just wanted to give me staining etc so I could fix the some of the mistakes myself. Now they will not return my calls.

when the first time I order the laminate flooring from them, they said take about 3 to 4 weeks, that is ok and I have to paid for the entire purchase before they will order for, that was ok, but after 4 weeks passed, I called them and ask for status, they told me then , the flooring was back order, they could not say how long I have to wait, I told them I could not wait , but they said I could not get my money back because of special order, I was so mad , finally I arqued with the store manager, he finally gave up and cancelled my order and have my money back, I was totally disappointed how they treated the customer especially for special order, BE CARAFUL

Lousy service, place is messy. When I complained to the duty manager he said service was much better now than 3 months ago. Told him I could not imagine service worse than this. Also told him that this was not any where near Home Depot standards. He could basically have cared less. Service attitude in a store really does come from the top.

At our old house, we did a bathroom remodel of the main bathroom, and hired contractors through the Home Depot to do the project for us. Everything was replaced in the bathroom (tub, toilet, vanity), and we had a new tub/ shower with a surround put in, as well as new toilet and vanity, and mirror. They did a fairly good job. Howver when we opened up the acces panel several months later to turn off water to the tub, we discovered that they had taken a shortcut in there. We had heard some rattling when the tub was filling and that's why we had opened the panel. They had put a block of wood in there and rested the water pipe on top of the wood on top of another pipe. Not too impressed there. Other that that though, everything was good. They took quite a while to get the project done, but it looks nice.

Home depot is the best and most reasonably priced store to purchase anything from gardening needs to home renovations. The store hours are great and staff has always been helpful to me when I have questions. I will continue to shop home depot for my household needs.

I like the quality of the hard wood flooring and when I compared the price with other stores, I found it is cheaper. So I bought from home depot and the store person helped with delivery.

We recently got out bathroom tiled and we got home depot to install and provide the tile. The tile selection was great but the actual tile work was not anywhere near professional. We had called in and complained and they came out to asses and we were told the job was great and did nothing about the problems with the grout and caulking.

Every time I've been to the Home Depot on 50 street and 137 avenue I have been really impressed with their customer service. It seems that someone is always available to answer my questions and guide me to products that will help me with my basement renovations. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Home Depot not great but ok - lady at drape counter better than most. The blind turned out quite nice though the size wasn't exactly perfect still all in all fit nicely though the instuctions on how to install very poor.

Good info very helpful and concerned. The information was enogh to make us decide on purchasing our material at this store. I suspect he will give us more advice as we enter into the project. There are always problems but he said that he would be able help us anytime we call.
