My first experience with Konkle Plumbing. I called, they came and promptly estimated the job. I received a written estimate with detailed information on the tank, pump and alarm system they would install. I was to contact them if I wanted to proceed. I researched the equipment to be installed on line and found the products to be A+. I decided to proceed with them to do the job.
The project went extremely well. The plumbers were on time,courteous, efficient and willing to put up with my questions as they worked. The written quote was the amount I paid. There was no pressure at anytime. I will certainly be using Konkle again!

Dave Harvey came out to quote the job. Professional, prompt, friendly. Installer was also on time and did a great job, making sure to explain job etc.

We've used Konkle for previous jobs ie Backflow prevention valve in 2014, gas line hookup to whole home generator in 2003 etc and have always had great service and follow-up. They take the time to explain things and size things appropriately to make sure things work as intended.

We were doing some work on our bathroom. Ted provided the quote and our dog loved him (which is rare). Jason from Konkle came in and replaced all the original old plumbing (Supply lines/Drains/Venting) with new up to date plumbing (PEX supply lines and ABS Drains/Venting) from the basement out through the roof. The work was very clean and professional. Jason was extremely polite and did a great job. They completed the project on time and exactly as quoted. I will use them again.

Replacing 24-year old furnace with Trane XV 95 high efficiency gas furnace resulted in a very significant improvement in comfort. Expert installation with attention to the very last detail. Not one mark on the walls or trim after removal of old and installation of new furnace. Thank you Don, Andrew & Chad!

I put a tub in my basement for dog grooming, I hired Konkle to come in and install the required pipes and plumbing. They were there within a few days and everything was ready by the end of the day plus it cost me less than I was quoted. I would not hesitate in calling them for any other jobs that I require.

I purchased a complete heating and cooling system with ClanEffects filter, had issues withh the thermostat and it was replaced with no questions. Very helpful and i reccomend them if you want a quality install and knowledgable people

The price was fair, not cheap but not the most expensive but their customer service was absolutely horrible. It was good until the unit was installed but after the install it is virtually non-existent. They want to sell units but don't seem to want to service the customer past that. Was not getting any humidity and they still haven't fixed it and I've had to do it myself. Very disappointing.
