Repairs needed for Home Inspection

I had Daniel out to help take care of some leaks that were flagged during a home inspection. He was very helpful and finished the required jobs without issue and in a timely fashion. I also recently had him out again after hours to help diagnose an issue with a leaky kitchen faucet. Overall, very satisfied and would recommend Knight Plumbing to others.

Rinnai Water Heater Installation and Warranty replacement

This is a five star review, I had a great experience with Knight Plumbing, with their staff, their management and their office. But, it started with a difficult situation.I had been using a Rinnai water heater for 10 years, when it quit I contacted Knight Plumbing and Heating. They came checked out the old unit, pronounced it dead and installed the new unit quickly and efficiently. Within 2 weeks it needed a major part replacement from the factory, this was done with no problem. The unit continued to malfunction and each time Knight Plumbing sent staff out to repair the unit with no problem. Eventually it became apparent that the unit was a lemon and they went to the manufacturer and got the whole unit replaced for us and reinstalled, all for no cost to us. I couldn't be happier with these guys.

Totally satisfied with the experience from Maria in the office to Jonathon the estimator, to Karl the installer, and his helpers Carlos etc. were all pleasant, caring and professional with their work.

Thermostat Installation

Replaced an older thermostat with a newer, more capable, remote controlled model. Workmanship was exceptional and conducted in a very professional manner by George who showed up on time, made the effort to phone us to let us know he was on his way and, when on site, was congenial and pleasant to interact with. All of our experiences with Knight Plumbing & Heating have been very positive and we would not hesitate to recommend them. Professional, prompt and good communications.

Furnace, hot water tank, water softener replacement

Water Filtration & Purification review in Bragg Creek

Our 25 year old home needed new furnaces, a hot water tank, a water softener and water purification equipment. Willi and Shawn were professional, knowledgeable, skillful and very organized.

Emergency plumbing

It was a Sunday night, of course, and we heard water running somewhere in the house. A quick look found that the house's notorious poly B plumbing had sprung another leak! What the heck! I called Knight because of past experience and got a call-back with in minutes with Daniel showing up at the house in less than 30 minutes. Half an hour later, we had water again and everything was cleaned up. It wasn't cheap, but it was also a Sunday night call-out. Next, I'm getting a quote to replace all of the poly B!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good, predictable service

I had an issue with my toilet that required two visits - in the first visit Dan was unable to complete the work so he advised on the second day he would waive the callout fee, which I appreciated. He came back the second day with a Jason; I found they were courteous, professional, and on time. Everything was explained to me and delivered as expected.

A/C installation

George and Scott came and installed air conditioning for us. Both were super professional, friendly and easy to talk to and very knowledgable and informative about the work they were doing. I would absolutely recommend them for anyone looking for a/c! We love our a/c, it works great and have had zero issues!
