This is my third new home build and I would have to say that Zancor Homes has exceeded my expectations. I am very happy with the results of my new home. My PDI items were cleaned up before I closed except for my glass shower. I had to wait over 2 months for it to be installed. My 30 day had a handful of items as is expected. Overall great builder, great product, I would recommend purchasing a home in Wasaga, you will not be disappointed.
