Wingers Custom Cabinet

We purchased a new home from DeHann homes. The cabinets were already installed . Less than a yr later the paint finish was coming off at the drawer pulls. There are other areas wher the paint is wearing off for lack of a better word. The master bath cabinet also has a spot where the paint has come off entirely. I have contacted Mark repeatedly regarding this issue. After several emails someone came to the house with a " touch up" bottle. We have asked repeatedly for a touch up kit for the bathroom to no avail. The finish on these cabinets is substandard in my opinion. The house is 4 yrs old .We have no children or animals , there is no reason for such deterioration.
