I bought the mattress and box spring with high cushion on top. Great for a good night sleep. Hypo-allergic mattress. Soft cream colour and soft texture. Great delivery and service and helped me move my old mattress also.

We visited Quality furniture and discussed what we wanted with Mario. He was very helpful and assured us that he would be able to make the furniture that we wanted at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case. We ordered solid wood bookshelves and a TV stand - we got particle board with a wood veneer for both. He sold us on a dinning room table with their 'floating' table top design - when we got the table it was not a floating top. When we questioned Mario about the inconsistencies between what we talked about and what we were getting, he proposed compromises, but later failed to follow through on those agreements. Getting him to actually follow through on his promises proved troublesome and confrontational - he even threatened to withhold our deposit.

I would not recommend purchasing custom furniture from Mario. If you do decide to purchasing anything custom, do not give him a deposit. Had we not done so, we would have surely walked away. Instead we ended up with furniture that wasn't what we asked for and a bitter taste in our mouths.

My husband and I are very pleased with their furniture upholstery. The price and service was great. Mario is friendly and tries to meet your needs that is affordable to your budget. Gina from Mississauga
