I found the service to be very good but slow to come out to do the initial install. They left a big mess after the install even though they are supposed to clean up. There were multiple cancellations when the new front door had to be replaced due to a defect but there were never any questions or hassles about it. It was disappointing that a new door would have issues so early on, but they honoured their warranty which was the reason we hired them in the first place. I am confident that despite some defects we made the right choice choosing Centennial windows.
