This company booked a service call and told me to wait at the house for the plumber to arrive. I waited 4 hours and they didn't bother to phone or send the plumber - when i called their office after a 4 hour wait, they said they had still charged me for the 'service call' which they didn't even bother to make!! What a terrible way to treat customers. I won't call this farce of a business again. Don't give them your credit card number over the phone! Go elsewhere!

Thanks for your feed back. I'm so sorry to hear that we did not get a technician out to your home in the time frame promised, It is something I am investigating so I can find out why this happened to you and to ensure it doesn't happen again. I'm sure it must have been very frustrating for you.
I am very concerned when you say that you have been charged a service fee when we did not make it to your appointment, please give us a call at the office so that we can resolve this for you.
