I had a small move and most importantly an antique cabinet I was mostly concerned about...

I was very reassured by the company that they would do their best while truthfully explaining that of course sometimes even with caution things can still happen... also explaining that they have not had a problem in the past and would do their best!

Happiness was prompt, respectful, and an incident free experience!!!

My cabinet was taken very good care of and arrived in my new home intact!!!

Crew was on time, well organized, competent and efficient. I highly recommend them for a move.

They were early, friendly and they worked very hard! In my new building someone was rude to them, and they handled it appropriately and with grace. Much kudos!

Everything I asked to get moved got there and showed up without damage. Friendly workers who were able to adjust to changing dynamics of our move. We move A LOT (so I know how important it is to hire helpful people), and these three worked hard to make it painless.

John and his employee moved a large amount of furniture into a storage locker for me. They were very fast, very careful and very strategic at organized the fairly small storage unit.

I was very impressed with Call the Mover. I needed a full service mover including packing services to move my entire house into storage because I was leaving the country and renting out my house unfurnished. I saw that Call the Mover had really good reviews on Home Stars and it's easy to see why.

John responded quickly to my inquiries, provided a competitive quote, and made the process smooth. He and his team (Amy & Luke) showed up promptly at 8:30a and immediately got to work. While Amy carefully wrapped all my glassware and kitchen stuff, the guys started wrapping all the furniture. They were careful in protecting anything that was delicate or breakable and spent extra time protecting mirrors and art work.

Overall I was very pleased by their balance of care and moving efficiently. We managed to fill every square inch of my storage facility and that took some real tetris skills to get it all in! I would highly recommend John and his team and look forward to using them again for any future moves. Thanks, John, Amy and Luke!

Moved from the first floor of my building to the third. Great service and very helpful and friendly.

John and his partner arrived 15 minutes early with there protective drop sheets in hand to protect our carpets/floors. There’s no messing around with this team and as promised on the website, they work fast and are very strong. When you pay by the hour it’s very impressive to see the hustle. We knew that being HomeStars winners that our expectations would be met, but these fellows went above and beyond.

I used Call The Mover to move apartments. The service was efficient and affordable. I found them to be kind and helpful during the move. Overall everything went very well.
