I was floored with the many different styles and selections of handles i got to choose from. They have hundreds of samples for you to touch and feel and then make choices as opposed to looking through magazines and pamphlets. The prices can not be touched by anyone locally, that's because that is where the suppliers buy from. it makes me happy that this is a Canadian company. They will take the time and walk you through their website if it is inconvenient to visit the store, and they will explain the products and limitations in depth.
