Over the past year, I've rented various items from Rogers Rent-all.
The equipment is okay, but their customer service, in my opinion sucks. You have guys at the front desk that automatically put the insurance add-on onto the bill without asking the customer's permission. Funnily, they have plenty of customer reps running around there, but the problem is the attitude of some of the employees.
Sadly, there is not much choice in Calgary when it's come to tool rental. Home Depot has limited inventory and the equipment is usually out.
I guess when they have a captive customer base they can behave such ways?
