Speaking of HVAC, beware of Atlantis in Oakville. As seniors we were tricked into expensive service ($700.00 per hour) and gouged!
When we complained and asked for can adjustment on the bill, we were threatened with lawyers and courts, and the owner became quite nasty!
Don't believe the reviews on their web site. Run away. Fast!
