Doyle Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

Yesterday, after a 26 hr. absence from our home, we returned to find the temperature in our house at 14 degrees. We made several attempts to reach the company who serviced our furnace annually. After more than 3 hours and no contact, we decided to call DOYLE and spoke to someone directly.
Darrin arrived within an hour, quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the igniter, and heat came from the registers once again!

So often we are quick to criticize but are slow to compliment.

Early this week I had a kitchen sink drain problem which I could not clear. Not knowing any plumbers, I used the Yellow Pages and the first name I came to was yours. Firstly, what a pleasure it was to be greeted on the phone by a friendly and happy voice, (and not an answering machine!) who assured me that someone would be out to look after my problem that very day. Your staff followed up and kept me informed as to the status of my service call.

Secondly, your service man Thom was so very pleasant, he was efficient and corrected the problem quickly and then asked if I had other problems he could look at while here. He also cleared my bathroom vanity drain and when I also complained about the toilet he suggested a solution and quoted me on the cost.

Thom and his student/assistant, Matt, were here today and changed out the toilets as quoted. Again, your office staff kept me informed of the status of the call, and when Thom and Matt arrived they performed the task quickly and efficiently and left everything clean and tidy. What a pleasure to have them in my home!

You must feel proud to have such happy, efficient employees - but you must also be a good employer to maintain such a great staff. Congratulations and I would be happy if you would pass this message on to them.

I certainly will call Doyle again if I have problems and would strongly recommend you to anyone who might need your services.

I placed a service call to Doyle Plumbing, to diagnos and repair a furnace not opertating properly (no heat - ignition). The service technician Darrin answered the call and I felt it was important to drop a line, to let you know how impressed I was with a job well done.
Not only was the original pressure swich issue resolved, an additional issue with the humidifier solenoid was repaired as well. Throughout, Darrin was informative and explained what was needed and cost to cary out the repair.
I will now be using Dolyle Plumbing for our house hold HVAC needs.

Just wanted to say how pleased I am with the service I was provided. I called about a plumbing leak on New Year's Day and the call was answered by a professional and friendly person who offered to come to my home on the holiday. I explained that it was not an urgent call and the next work day would be fine. Kelly called twice before the plumbers came to keep me up to date on their work schedule. Dustin and his assistant came to my home and they were both very professional and knowledgeable. They repaired my problem and explained what was done. What an interesting day we had. I sent hubby downstairs to take something to the extra fridge. He calls up to me and asks me if I spilled something on the floor down there, the carpet is wet in our fully finished rec room. So I went downstairs and smelled something unpleasant. I look up and noticed the ceiling tiles are all wet by our downstairs bathroom. So you guessed it we had a pipe burst. So last night we had to make an emergency call for a plumber. Doyles Plumbing answered our call and came to our rescue on Christmas day and they did a fabulous job and at a very fair price. Two very nice young men did the work in good time and we were so happy. It made our Christmas a very happy one.

Yesterday Chris fixed a plumbing problem for us, he was professional, efficient, and competent. My wife and I were so pleased that I just thought you should know. The next time I have a problem it is Doyle for sure. Thanks again, great job. Sam

We were amazed at the immediate service we received from Doyle Plumbing. Next day service for a New Hot Water Tank supplied and installed and our old tank disposed of. Also, they fixed a leak for us under the Kitchen sink. The service men (Tom & Mike) came when they said that they would come and were cheerful, polite and efficient.
