Bill was very efficient in his email correspondence. We never had to wait long for an answer and he always addressed all our concerns. From the beginning we felt comfortable with Action Movers, esp. they came recommended from two colleagues as well...
On the day of the move, Garett and Adam were our movers. Both were very friendly and helpful. They brought all the gear (we moved on a very snowy/muddy day and the floor coverings were very helfpful) and both were very careful with our items. Everything was stored and strapped properly in the truck and delivered safely to our new house without any damage. We would certainly use them again for our next move (which hopefully will not be soon ;-)
