Parkview Homes

Do not buy a house from this builder! Their workmanship is poor and you will regret it. There were so many problems since the day we moved in and still 2 years later we are fighting with them to try and get it fixed. Do yourself a favour and buy something built by a more reputable company.

My house was delayed by 3 months, the communication with the builders was terrible and no one has answers. Still waiting on a second exit 4 months later. Don't buy!

I purchased a new Condo from Parkview Homes and had a problem with a defective item which should have been covered under warranty. 10 months later 3 different service consultants one site manager many e-mails and still it has not been fixed. Many others in the building also have had problems. Parkviews after service is terrible. All I asked was fix the issue. Some of there other projects are Jackson Creek Meadows and Melody Homes.
