I purchased a new Condo from Parkview Homes and had a problem with a defective item which should have been covered under warranty. 10 months later 3 different service consultants one site manager many e-mails and still it has not been fixed. Many others in the building also have had problems. Parkviews after service is terrible. All I asked was fix the issue. Some of there other projects are Jackson Creek Meadows and Melody Homes.
