Extreme Roofing

We called Extreme Roofing last summer for our roof and eavestrough, not only did they provide great customer service, that the work they did on our eavesdtrough we're excellent ! Did not have a leak through this terrible winter. They forgot a few pieces of shingles laying around, when I called the office they sent someone to come get them right away. All around, excellent service and would recommend them to anyone!

I hired Extreme Roofing to replace my roof. They arrived on time and completed the job the same day. The workers were pleasant and very respectful and the price quoted was what I paid. I had some follow up questions after my roof was completed and I had no problem getting my calls returned. Overall I was quite satisfied with my new rood and I have already recommended them to a friend.

The roof looks ok! Great customer service in beginning always return calls......until they get your money then with a couple of minor issues and 10 calls...no calls back! Not recommended! Poor customer service and left a mess on ground. Scared if I have a warranty prob. also roof howls?

First of all Extreme Roofing took 2 months to put on the siding on 2 sides of a town house (Front & Back). The job is still incomplete as of today and January will make it a full year. I over paid by $500.00 and it took forever to get that money back. Elaine's attitude "stinks". She needs more than customer service training. I had to keep calling her to put that money back into my account. She finally did when I told her I would come to their place in person to pick it up. Then she put it back into my account and left a message on my phone with such attitude. I would never recommend them to any one.

After installing this roof, we were fine for a couple years, but 8 years in, we had warranty issues. Elaine and Nick did not call us back in regards to helping us with the warranty issues which we called several times. Elaine seemed unpleasant to deal with this issue as it did not provide new business, but we would not recommend to anyone in terms of total service.

Poor CUSTOMER SERVICE.... Reception (ELAIN) very RUDE, ABRUPT, and TESTY. I would not recommend their service. Nick came across trustworthy at first, however his company lacks the communication-skills and timely manner in dealing with the issues on damages for the poor quality on workmanship.

His secretary can take a course on skills and communication rather than testing ppl over the phone and voicing female clients are just another "MRS JONES"...( her words- Whatever that meant )... ? Guess she was trying to insinuate something here - hmmmm.?

Extreme Roofing offered to remove the old shingles, install 25 year new ones, and also install a leaf guard product. The leaf guard was mentioned on a "Holmes" show and caught my eye. The price quote was fair compared to others and the company did not want any money up front - unusual to me but nevertheless a bonus to me. They did the job as scheduled, cleaned up the grounds nicely. The roof still looks great through all our storms! The leaf guard is doing its job but eventually will need to be cleaned out as we have maple trees which drop lots of garbage.
