After installing this roof, we were fine for a couple years, but 8 years in, we had warranty issues. Elaine and Nick did not call us back in regards to helping us with the warranty issues which we called several times. Elaine seemed unpleasant to deal with this issue as it did not provide new business, but we would not recommend to anyone in terms of total service.

Thank you for your review. Please be advised that shingle malfunction is the responsibility of the Manufacturer, not the contractor, that is why there is a 25, 30 & 40 year warranty offered by the Manufacturer.
