Booked an appointment with Chris for a technician between 2 and 4 PM for August 19th. Terry called 12:30 to confirm time. Arrived at 3PM and apologized for being late. Not late at all!. Right on time. Went to work right away with pre-cleaning assessment. (Carpets hadn't been professionally cleaned for 10 years.) Discussed that the chemicals they use are natural. Complimented us on the fact we vacuum regularly. Shared his extensive knowledge on carpets and stains and how air quality in home is improved with regular shampooing. Did an excellent job in removing coffee stains and thoroughly cleaned deeply soiled carpet on stairs down to family room. Carpet looks like it did 10 years ago when we moved in! Terry is very personable, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend Valley Citrus-O for carpet cleaning. Thanks Chris and Terry; the "go to" guys for clean carpets.
