Troy misdiagnosed what was wrong with my stove and charged me $600.00 for a part I did not need. Immediately after it continued to have the same problem. After months of numerous texts and phone messages he refuses to respond. He also reinstalled it wrong and it pulled apart the seam in the quartz behind the stove and it did not sit properly. I would never recommend him.
