Kitchenaid Fridge not cooling still under warranty

Bottom line Stein sent out a tech that wasn't qualified to work on my defective compressor They now have to create service call to another company for a new diagnostic and I'm out of a fridge for the next week minimum & that is assuming they BRING the new part and are able to install it ... Unacceptable plus Appliance Pros cannot seem to send me any email confirmations/updates. Not impressed Big Zero from me.
