We were quite happy as existing clients of Phone Experts. The problem came when we were approached by a competitor about upgrading our system. Through a very lengthy, drawn out process it was concluded that Phone Experts could not compete. We made the decision to switch companies. Upon cancellation of our monitoring, we continued to be charged for the service (no longer on contract). Again through a lengthy process, I was told that they would stop billing us pending that I never contact them again! How is that for customer service!
I could have elaborated a lot more on the whole situation, but I'll keep the negativity to a minimum.
