HAD SHINGLES COME OFF OVER THE GARAGE. NOW THEY WILL NOT RETURN ANY MESSAGES AND ARE BLOCKING MY CALLS. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS WHEN SELLING THE JOB, HOPEFULLY YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY ISSUES DOWN THE ROAD AS THEY WILL JUST IGNORE YOU....STILL UNDER WARRANTY...I ADVISE USING ANOTHER COMPANY.

The wind blew a whole row of shingles off my roof and area around vents (all neighbor's roof in tact). Not only is this dangerous to the children playing outside but is a testament to inferior workmanship. They stop returning calls to avoid doing repairs. Check with BBB for rating and you will see I'm not the only one who received bad service & poor quality workmanship!

Dell Roofing did 2 of our homes - one in Aurora before we sold it and one in Barrie. Both jobs were excellent. Andy was amazing to deal with and the estimates were very competitive. Mark paid attention to all the details of the job and the workers were fast and courteous and our lots were totally cleaned up afterwards. So great to deal with local business who cares about their customers.

Dell did several houses on our street and all of them were done quickly, professionally and at a better price than other quotes we received for the same work. I happened to be in Asia when Andy came to provide the estimate and the job was concluded by the time I got home several days later. I wanted to be able to inspect the work myself before paying and Andy was fine with that.
