So happy with this company, they have installed for 3 of my other family members and we have all had very positive experiences with air makers. Furnace install went very smoothly and the technicians were knowledgeable, friendly and quite helpful! This winter will be a warm one!

During the initial installation of my furnace I was given a White Rodgers humidifier. It worked for one year. I called a technician and he installed a new regulator. That regulator lasted another year and seized up once again. Time for a new more advanced humidifier. I placed a call to Air Makers Inc. The office arranged for their technician (Brentt) to attend my home a few days later. Brentt dismantled the old and installed a new Aprilaire in a short period of time. He examined the completed job to ensure no water leakage resulted in his work. He then went on to explain the proper operation of the unit, the settings needed for a comfortable home and where to secure a new water pad when required. All in all a job well done by a very intelligent and professional technician that is very knowledgeable in his field. I would highly recommend Air Makers.

Installation was ok, except they did not seal the outside hole. Had to buy sealant from Home depot and do it my self.
The contract said the AC unit comes with a winter cover. Technician forgot to get it. Emailed no response. Still waiting for cover

I was very pleased dealing with air makers from start to finish they were there every step of the way, and not to mention the MANY questions I had.
My AC is running great and our family has been able to keep nice and cool this summer.

The Sales representative Steven is very informative and professional. He answers the questions in a prompt manner. The worker who came overdose the installation took care to keep the floor clean and collected all garbage when they left.

I have used their services a handful of times. Installations have been conducted in a professional manner and on time. Last week, I called for the first time for service in a unit installed about a year ago. Phone called was returned right away, tips regarding possible causes provided and Technician BRENTT visited us less than 24 hours later, promptly assessed and addressed the matter and provided preventive instructions to avoid the issue.

It was a cold night and our furnace stopped working. I called Arman at air makers he showed up at my place almost instantly. He suggested the product that worked best for us and got it replace first thing next morning.
