Very poor customer service during construction and afterwards. Complaints about obvious deficiencies - like, exterior vinyl siding that blew off in a wind storm nailed only to the foam insulation and not into wood frame - were met with defensiveness and lack of response. No support and apparent lack of concern with other issues, too. I would never use Mapleton again and would never recommend to anyone. In fact, Ive warned friends to avoid this builder.

Got a home done from maple ton and the customer service was horrible. For one example out of many, a pipe connect the exterior to the interior is left so that you can get a cable through it for the internet but no such pipe was left. After calling they just said “mapleton doesn’t provide that kind of service” as they’ve said on multiple accounts time and time again. Better to chose another builder than them. Upon all the reviews I’ve read as well, the work done is not up to par with customer standards and they fail to communicate well with clients. I would never recommend this company to anyone and y’all should definitely chose a better builder than this one.

Avoid dealing with this company. other online reviews are right they have very bad customer service and the work people are not good. we have lots of bad work in our house but the service with the company is horrible.

Very disappointed in our new home purchase. The finishes in this house were not up to par and the customer service was lacking to say the least. I would not recommend building a house with Mapleton Homes.
