We purchased windows and doors thru a dealer in Walkerton for a new house build in 2015. Finally after several issues in receiving the shipment of windows and doors, they were installed by our home builder. Windows so far so good, but doors are extremely poor quality. After we made several complaints made to the dealer in Walkerton, no satisfactory service was provided....we ended up purchasing a new set of patio doors for upstairs from a reputable company in Owen Sound. Our sliding patio doors downstairs also does not seal...so air blows in to the downstairs through this door. The company in Walkerton, does not stand behind these doors at all...have made several attempts to call Window City's customer service but always get the answering machine.
I would never recommend this company to anyone, nor the dealer in Walkerton. What happened to "standing behind what you sell?"
