We met this company at the Home and Garden Show and were impressed with how good they seemed. Buyer beware! They have hidden fees which they do not disclose to their clients upon setting up a service call. They charge $120 per hour minimum charge plus 10% for supplies regardless of whether they use any and an additional $25 for a truck fee. We have never been charged any sort of additional fees like that. Also, they wanted to charge us an additional $162.75 to come back with the part that they didn't have. This is totally ridiculous. We have used other companies in the past and they have changed us a $100 fee to come and diagnose the problem and if they have to come back, they do not charge an additional fee within 30 days.

There are no hidden fees. When any customer calls in we are up front with our charges. Our staff are instructed to inform anyone that the first hr is $120 plus $25 dollar truck fee and also a 10% for supplies. Than ever hour after that is $120 per Hour. To prevent any further miss communication. Sub Zero will change how we present this charge. We will inform all costumer that the first hr is $165 and every hr after that is $120. Hopefully this will prevent any further misunderstanding. Also in regards to this particular house call, they were given back the $35 dollars in question. Sub Zero is always looking at ways of improvement and will always strive to do better. Customer service is very important to us.
