I highly recommend Tora Concrete to anyone looking to have a thorough and professional residential concrete project performed. I chose Tora because Orazio was prompt in his response, his knowledge and many years' experience in Calgary, and how he impressed me with his non-compromising standards, as well as being a very nice guy. Although the sidewalk and partial driveway replacement project in Dalhousie was not a very large one Orazio and his helper Ian worked hard and performed the job as promised and on time. The result is much better than the original concrete ever was. We could not be happier with the result, including the clean up after completion. In my opinion you can't go wrong choosing Tora.

I can't say enough how impressed I am with Tora Concrete and the owner Mr. Orazio Falconi. He is personally involved from quote to finish, so you get exactly what you wanted. He made suggestions when meeting me for the quote that you only get from experience, and made it so much more usable. The end product is better than I could have hoped for, and they left my yard looking like there was never any construction. Orazio is as fussy as I am and very pleasant to deal with. You will be happy with Tora.

I contracted Tora Concrete Ltd. to reseal my exposed aggregate driveway. They power washed the driveway one day and applied the sealant the next. They were very prompt, easy to work with, and did a neat and thorough job.

We hired Orazio Falconi from Tora to replace a set of steps and front walkway. He removed the old patio stones, did all the excavation, placed rebar, poured the concrete and finished it with a nice brushed detail. W were really pleased with service, from start to finish, Orazio clearly takes great pride in his work, and he was onsite for the entire project. The new steps look terrific—many of our neighbours commented on their appearance. He came up with an excellent design for the space, and the concrete looks flawless. He and his crew were very careful of my extensive perennial garden and left the yard in impeccable condition. Very happy with the work!

We were looking to replace our existing walkway at the front and side of the house with a new exposed aggregate concrete walkway.

After spending a bit of time researching concrete companies, we decided to go with Tora Concrete after seeing all the positive reviews and after meeting Orazio. The quote we received was fair compared to other quotes we received.

There was some slight delay at the start of the project due to the wet weather but once Orazio and his crew were on site to start the project, they worked on site everyday until everything was complete. Orazio is the owner, oversees the project himself from start to finish and and is very knowledgeable with 30 years of experience and it shows from his attention to details. He also gave us ideas and suggestions on the layout which we hadn’t thought about and ultimately went with. They kept the work site very clean after each day throughout the project.

The quality of the work is excellent and we love our new exposed aggregate walkway which has certainly elevated the curb appeal and value of our house. Thank you Orazio and team!

We had Orazio and the Tora Concrete team replace our block paved driveway, sidewalk and wooden stair with aggregate / stamped concrete. The owner, Orazio, was onsite everyday during the project and his commitment to quality and end product results / customer satisfaction was very evident. We had to change our plans on the existing driveway removal and Orazio worked with us providing a fair / cost effective solution. We would like to thank the Tora Concrete team for the great work done on this project in challenging weather circumstances (ongoing June rain!).

Orazio from Tora Concrete Ltd. will be the only contractor I need to call If I ever move and need cement work done again. I highly recommend this company for any cement pathways or patios you need to have poured. They just finished our project today and I am so happy with every aspect of the job. Our patio is large (over 440 sq feet) and we had a long front walkway that needed to be removed and reinstalled as exposed aggregate. I found Orazio on Homestars and after reading all his great reviews I knew he was the perfect guy to do my work.

I was very happy with the respectful workman and how clean and tidy they left our yard each night. Orazio gave us a time frame and a fixed quote and they worked long hours in the heat to get it done as promised. His prices are very reasonable. He recommended a colour put into the cement to match our house and it turned out beautiful! When you pour cement you want to make sure it is done right and Orazio has years of experience in cement work so we didn't have to worry at all.

Getting your yard tore up and redone can be stressful but I made the best decision in hiring Tora Cement for landscaping both my front and back yard. If Orazio is busy with jobs, I highly recommend to get in line and wait for him to do the work. He is a fine craftsman and his pride in his work shows. You won't regret it.
