Had a flood from bathroom upstairs that ended up leaking water through a kitchen light. Was concerned about damage and safety. Called 4-Star at 8pm Sunday night and got very friendly and helpful advice to alleviate my concern. Booked in for next week and everything was checked and corrected. Also found breaker in need of being replaced as buzzing and smoke alarms that are past 10 years so some good safety recommendations and actions came out of the visit as well. Very friendly and polite employees.

I asked 4-Star Electric to install a new plug-in in a completed room, knowing they specialize in fishing wire with little to zero damage to drywall. This is exactly what they did. Expertly.

From booking to project completion, it was a pleasure interacting with 4-Star Electric. Whitney was polite, professional and accommodating on the phone; Bryan was on time, professional and personable. In addition to efficiently completing the work, he discovered an oversight by my home builder. Overall Bryan was delightful to deal with, a very pleasant man who clearly takes pride in the quality of his work.

We called a number of electrician places when our bathroom fan went on the fritz.. Worried about a fire hazard due to how old it was and the noise, we wanted something done quickly.. We found out that 4-Star Electric could get us in the same week, they called our landlord to confirm payment and had us scheduled. Scott C showed up early, told us how long it would take and got right to work.. You couldn't even tell he was in the house he was so quiet! Within 90 minutes he vacuumed up everything and was on his way out. Couldn't of asked for better service!

4 star electric was able to come on short notice, showed up on time and provided me with a quote for the work on site from a pre-established price list. It was a large job and they were able to complete it that same day by bringing on additional crew (at no additional cost).

A previous electrician had complained about the difficulties associated with the job but the 4 star team had no issues along the way getting the work done.

The team was professional, timely and ultimately did a great job. Would re-hire and recommend!

Initially had a problem with an outside outlet that tripped a switch. We did not know how to repair. New electrical panel. Several lights/areas of the home were not operational. Contacted 4 Star Electric. Peter Doner sent two technicians out early the next day, which was convenient for us as well. Stefan and Trevor immediately diagnosed the concern after listening to what took place and then recommended options when using equipment for outside maintenance.

We required another electrical outlet in our family room. Very quickly they were able to fish the wiring, and install the electrical box/outlet. In the meantime, also recommended ways we could make our home safer and bring up to code. Quite helpful.

Appreciated that they texted prior to arrival and showed up at the time agreed to. Was also nice to hear from them about how good it is to work at 4Star Electric along with their 25 year history in business.

Brad did an excellent job repairing a disconnected switched receptacle and replacing an unused garburetor switch with a GFI receptacle. His work is careful and meticulous and we would not hesitate to request his services for any other electrical issues we might have. He is also happy to answer questions and provide good advice, a pleasure to have in our home.

We decided to renovate our basement in our 1968 home, unaware of the need to fully bring up this old home's electrical to current standards. We called 4 Star and they were able to get our current job up to current standards in 3 hours for the quoted price.

Despite not wanting to pay for an electrician to work on this project, 4 Star Electric was able to get us sorted out. My only complaint was that I didn't call them in sooner and avoid the delays in our reno.

Needed a circuit verified for 120V 15A service. New breaker needed to be changed out. Rodney was a dilgent, friendly individual and attentive to detail.

I was very satisfied with the work completed.

Brad and Sharon did a diagnostic test on the kitchen outlets, Found a lose wire and toned it to make safe. the defective receptacle was replaced.Most important..upon checking the smoke detectors , which had new batteries, but the appliance had expired. We did not know that smoke detectors had an expiration date! New detectors were immediatly installed. It is great the company has all the equipment in their truck and we didn't have to wait .Thank you for the great education on electrical sources in our home. Call 4-Star Electric..you won't be dissapointed!
