Rodney's visit today was absolutely outstanding. Not only did he show up early (two days before the appointment), but he clearly and carefully explained what the problem was and suggested several options for a solution. These guys are amazing! So professional and know their stuff! My dad's home had some electrical issues we had a journeyman electrician in to fix the problem, it took him over 10 hours (over 2 visits) and he still didn't fix the issue. So we asked 4 Star to come and they discovered the problem and had everything up and running in under 2 hours. They were so courteous and we are so grateful they were able to fix things right. They may be called 4 Star but they are more than a 5 star company on so many levels! Qualified, friendly, courteous, on time, professional! A great experience right from the office call to the finished product! Couldn't ask for more.

We were hosting our son's outdoor wedding and needed service immediately to ensure that the outdoor outlet would be functional. We were told that we would be first in line for any cancelled appointment. As promised, we were notified of a cancellation and Scott was able to come out to the house the same day to make the repairs. Thank you!

Scott and Quentin came to run some network cables in the basement and living room. They were on time, efficient, cleaned up and just cool dudes in general to hang out with. Very satisfied with the work done.

Expert work, from hanging chandeliers to lighting up the garage. New panel, light fixtures, new outlets and tons of great advice on making my house safe and well lit. Needed all kinds of work and they came through very efficiently.

Came in to upgrade 4 outlets at my mothers house.
Was quoted approx $3000 to $7000.00 to upgrade all outlets. At that time we didnt have the funds to do so.

So we never proceeded. Great jobs done tested everything. Would definately have them back.
Also removed old sockets & replaced with new ones. And tested to make sure everything was ok.. Did some rewiring to panel as well.

Several years ago 4* installed undercabinet LED lighting in our kitchen. It worked fine, but the driver (specified by others) on one circuit died. FourStar fixed it promptly, and at the same time we bought a spare (uprated) driver in case it happened again. It did, the night before last. The second driver was replaced the next day and all is well again. FourStar considered this to be warranty work, which we appreciate a lot. Thanks, Thomas and Mike.

Had a flood from bathroom upstairs that ended up leaking water through a kitchen light. Was concerned about damage and safety. Called 4-Star at 8pm Sunday night and got very friendly and helpful advice to alleviate my concern. Booked in for next week and everything was checked and corrected. Also found breaker in need of being replaced as buzzing and smoke alarms that are past 10 years so some good safety recommendations and actions came out of the visit as well. Very friendly and polite employees.
