When my Bosch dishwasher failed to drain, I tried in van to contact a local appliance dealer. My calls either went to voice-mail or were unanswered. The next day, I came across Rudy's (which I had never heard about) and got right through. He told me that they would be at my home at 10:15 a.m.the latest the next day. To be sure--they we're 5 minutes late, but hey I live in the south end--and they were driving from Capreol. The technician, Tyler arrived and host to God--within 5 minutes he fixed the problem (a clogged exit tube). He also told me that if the problem re-occurred, he might have to order a part--but there would be no extra service charge. Rudy's is my new favourite appliance repair--especially since they repair almost everything except for microwaves and Samsung fridges and dishwashers as well as LG dishwasher.
