Pool Cue Purchase

I recently purchased a pool cue from the F. G. Bradley's e-store. Unfortunately, my postal code didn't seem to be in whatever transaction processing system they use to give me a delivery cost. Despite this, I received my pool cue quickly and with no shipping charge on the delivery. Thank you for that nice courtesy.

However, there was hiccup in the transaction. The wrong cue was sent to me. Nonetheless, F.G. Bradley's immediately sent out another cue with a return tag for the incorrect one. Sometimes you have to judge a company when things don't go quite as planned and F.G. Bradley made good on their mistake with fast customer service. Bravo!

Trying To Get My Purchase

I recently purchased a pool cue from the F. G. Bradley's e-store. Unfortunately, my postal code didn't seem to be in whatever transaction processing system they use to give me a delivery cost. Regardless, the website indicated that someone would get in touch to arrange delivery and provide options. Seemed reasonable so I waited for their follow-up.

Well, it didn't happen. I called their main customer service line during business hours... twice... with no live contact. I managed to leave a voice message with the individual responsible for handling such issues. Even their so called reception didn't answer calls. Furthermore, I even had the Fairview store e-mail whomever is responsible for the e-Store. No contact as of yet. Of course, they charged my credit card.

I can appreciate that things can get busy but if you plan to do business online, at least return your customer calls in a somewhat timely manner. I think this is a reasonable expectation considering you took someone's money.

[UPATE] Despite claims by the vendor to the contrary, my calls were not returned. No voice message and no entry in my cellular phone log. My phone logs all calls, whether answered, missed or otherwise. I think the point has been lost on the vendor. Why not call me to understand the reason and nature of my call? I might have changed my mind about the purchase or want to change/cancel my order. I'll update this and if the cue proves to be satisfactory, I'll amend my review accordingly.
