i called Rapid Service because of a leaky washing machine. The service person was booked in quickly, and when he arrived, he assessed the problem with the machine in record time, and even though the machine was awkwardly situated, he managed to replace a part and repair the machine. He tested it, and when he was satisfied that it no longer leaked, he put the machine back and levelled it. All in all, i was impressed with the speed and efficiency of this repair job.
