DO NOT GO WITH STERLING CAUTION!!
I would never recommend Sterling even to my worse enemy. Nothing but problems from day 1. Telling me the house would be done in February 2018 when it was done Dec 2017 DURING CHRISTMAS! Giving us no time to get ready or packed as we thought we had ample amount of time. They only care about their money and not about the customer. There were SOOO many issues with the house the moment keys were given and still issues 1 year later. They take their sweet time fixing issues but what you to hurry up on giving them money. Terrible company! Do not go with them and their siding people cracked our foundation. Their answer it's nothing major. You could stick your foot in the crack and they only patched it up.
