We got quotes from 5 different roofers, ranging from dirt cheap to very expensive. David Leite from Adanac was able to educate us through out the process. We learnt about the different roofing products (we went with CertainTeed LandMark Shingles), compared samples and the roofing procedures. They are certified by CertainTeed to the highest level and it gives you a lot of confidence. Their pricing is middle of the pack and their service is top notch. The work was done quickly and professionally and the workers are polite and keep to themselves. Communications were ongoing and I am the type that asks a lot of questions and want to know exactly what I am paying for. The end result is a beautiful roof with plenty ventilation. Would not hesitate to recommend others. Great job. It's medium pricing for great service and great products. That's the way to buy. Not cheap pricing for even poorer job.
