We purchased a large bungalow that was built in 1976 on a dream property. Gallery Homes agreed to help us do a complete overhaul on the house, literally taking it down to the frame. The construction manager was incredibly patient, helpful, and available! Not typical to a new build, we were very involved with every step of the process, including the trades. Each trade was a pleasure to work with, providing their expert input - particularly on where to spend the $ and where to utilize cost effective alternatives.
The icing on the cake in this very large project - renovating nearly 4,500 square feet - was that it was completed in almost exactly four months.
We now have our dream home, on a dream property and owe it to Gallery.
