the service was great. The sales person provided us with lots of information. They told us how to set everything up. The delivery was great. No problems whatsoever. I am happy with the purchase and also after one month of the purchase, the manager called us to see if we were satisfied. He also called us when leons were having a special promotion or sale. We would shop there again.

They were fantastic. The salesperson was awesome. Her name was Ann. we had issues with the Brick. I called Leons to get the same piece I ordered from the Brick. Within a week, we had the table delivered to our home. Ann went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the purchase. I am very impressed with their customer service that we ended up buying tv there. We had never shopped at Leons before, but will be shopping there instead of the Brick.

Overall, I had a good experience at the store. However, I felt that the prices were a bit high for the quality of products. The staff were friendly and weren't too pushy. When you fist go into the store, the staff introduces themselves and leave you alone to browse. Also, I bought the extended warranty with the tv. But now I am having issues with the tv and I am currently looking to get them to come fix it.

After purchasing a new fridge and taking the day off waiting for delivery I was unimpressed to have the wrong fridge delivered, when I pointed out the mistake the deliverers told me it would be another 2 days before they could be back to deliver the correct one, wouldn't be that huge of a concern except for the fact that we were moving into a new home that we had just moved into the home and had no fridge! Took a lot of arguing with the store to get the correct one delivered that same day

The service was ok. The salesperson tried to get us to buy the side tables that came with the coffee table, but we werent interested. The store was clean and easy to browse. We might go there again, if they had a sale. But it's not our number one choice.

We got our sectional sofa when we lived in our apartment and didn't have a whole lot of cash. The prices there were great and the staff were very helpful. We really love our sectional we got from there and it is still in great shape. We've had it for about 5 years now.
