Lazlo and his guys did an wonderful job. It wasn't an easy roof to do but they made it look great. Very quiet and and very tidy workers. They were very detail-orientated. Holly was also very helpful and courteous.

Old roof was leaking so I researched into getting a metal roof installed. I'm a little hands on and I wanted to make sure it's done right. I looked at different systems and got 3 different companies to quote their installation. I didn't even hear back from two other outfits. Max from New Steel gave me a couple of installation options and provided answers for my concerns. I also had to clarify with Max on the brand of the roof he was quoting me. I went with their double strapping installation, which is what I think is the proper way. At first Max stated since my roof was leaking, they will look to get it done within 3 weeks. On later followup with the very helpful Holly in the office, I got the fact that it takes about a month to get the material. The material came exactly a month after my order and the install crew came few days later. They addressed all the details of my installation concerns, including removing/re-installing some vinyl siding to properly join with new roof. They were polite too, cleaned the site everyday. I'm very happy with the overall work.

After 13 years, our 30 year asphalt shingle roof was on it's last legs. After researching roofing products and their expected longevity as well as taking into account the recent extreme weather events and temperature fluctuations we decided that a steel roof was well worth the extra cost . We contacted New steel roofers because of their years in business and the wide selection of steel roofing products available from numerous manufacturers. This meant we had lots of options with regard to appearance and cost of a new roof. Max Guerra came to our home with samples and did not hesitate to answer any of my questions or give prices on the various products from the manufactures that I was interested in as well providing prices for products from manufactures that would save us some money. There was never any pressure and we decided on the Gerard Granite Ridge stone coated steel roof.
We were given a tentative start date and I was called a week in advance to let us know the date of the material delivery and told that the installation crew would follow within a couple of days. I was called again by Max the day before the actual installation to let me know the crew would arrive the next day.
It was a hot day at the end of July and the crew began work as soon as they arrived and stayed late. They returned early the next morning but since it was Saturday they spent the first hour preparing before actually working on the roof so as to not disturb our neighbors. It was a very long day for them since rain was forecast for Sunday. It was after sunset when they finished cleaning the site, collecting and loading up all the garbage.
The crew was always polite ,courteous, and respectful of or property and neighbors. They returned on the Monday to pick up the remaining material and did a thorough inspection around our property to ensure that the area was properly clean and used a magnet to detect any metal left over scraps. It was obvious the installers took great pride in their work and the fished product reflects that.
I would not hesitate to recommend New Steel Roofers to anyone considering replacement of an existing roof with a steel roof.

It finally came time to repair or replace our 90 year old asbestos tile roof. After two months of research and talking to asbestos removal companies, traditional roofers and metal roofers, we made the decision to go with New Steel Roofers. We could not be happier with the results. One of the big advantages for us beyond the life time warranty, was that the metal roof could be installed directly over our tile with limited disturbance to the asbestos. Max the salesman answered all our questions in an easy going manner and there was no pressure. The office staff kept us informed as to delivery dates and start dates. The installation crew arrived the day we expected and was finished two weeks later right on schedule. The work area around our home was clean and organized during the whole process. They paid particular attention to the plants and shrubs around the house to ensure there was no damage and there was no debris on the lawn or gardens when they were done.
We are extremely happy with the look on our home, we were very pleased with every stage of the project and would definitely recommend New Steele Roofers in the future.

Work was done professionally and in a timely manner. The team cleaned up at the end of every night and their was a follow-up by management on the overall installation. Many people in the neighbourhood on walks stop to look at the roof. We are very happy with the finished product.

My roof was due to be replaced. Many of my neighbours had gone with the traditional asphalt shingles. A few had gone steel roofs. I did some research on steel roofs and companies that installed them. I decided to go with New Steel Roofers as they gave me the most competitive quote and were willing to do the install during late winter. The installation was done quickly (considering the cold winter we had) and professionally. I'm quite happy with the results and look of my steel roof. Many of my neighbours couldn't believe that it was a steel roof. They were especially surprised when I told them that I shouldn't have to replace the roof again, and that they will probably have to do so in about 10-12 years. We just had an Allmet Granite Ridge metal roof installed by New Steel Roofers and were very satisfied with it. They started fairly soon after getting the estimate and despite wind, rain and snow, were finished fairly quickly. We have had several neighbours stop to admire the roof and they are surprised that it is metal. We would definitely recommend them.
