After seven years and 2 kids, my wife and I decided it was time to get rid of the builders paint and add a splash of color on our main floor. With an open concept house, it is difficult to figure out what works best, where to stop one colour and start another, to say the least, we were overwhelmed. We decided it was best to speak to a pro. After a couple of calls and no one standing out as a front-runner we found Colourworks Painting through Homestars. After reading the glowing reviews, I gave Dee a call.
3 Days later, Dee was at my house. We spoke to him about our budget and scale, and he spent literally 2 hours at our house looking at every possible scenario and every colour on the wheel. Not only did Dee give us advise for the the current project, but he outlined the big picture for us. He presented us a quote that was within our budget, and we agreed Dee was our guy!
5 Days later, all the work was done. Chair rail, accent wall, repairs, everything. The knowledge and skill of the painter was evident, and the attention to detail was remarkable. Friendly, approachable, PUNCTUAL ( a rarity amongst many trades), this service is easily amongst our tops in recommendations. Dee and his staff are true professionals in every sense of the word.
My wife and I look forward to scratching together more money for our future painting projects, Dee will be the only one we call!
