Precision Snow Removal

The worst snow removal in Ottawa. I paid in advance in full to have them remove thew snow from our fire lane and to remove the snow from my two parking spots. They removed the snow from the fire lane only to dump all that snow into my two parking spots. I have called twice, sent emails with pictures and to this day, no response. I will not recommend them ever again. I am over 60 and so is my partner, both not have the strength or the budget to have the snow removed so I am forced to park my car off site. I will have to hire someone to remove the mountain of snow (not one, but two loads) of snow from my parking spot. I am fuming!!!!!
