Piano Moving

When a local piano moving company couldn't even get my piano down the stairs, I called McNally. McNally Piano Movers were able to partially dismantle the piano and get it down the stairs in no time! They are true experts: highly professional, punctual, and friendly.

McNally Piano Movers was able to move what I was told was an "unmovable" piano. This piano was a gift from my grandmother, and I was thrilled to be able to keep it!

Piano moving can be dangerous and requires knowledge and expertise. Why not choose a company with decades of experience? McNally might actually help you save your piano, like they did MINE!

Baby Grand Piano move

McNally piano movers were punctual, polite and efficient on the move day. They addressed my questions and booked my move in a timely manner. I was impressed that they managed to negotiate my small front porch and side-facing door to get the baby grand up and into my house. Thank you Ken!

Piano Move

I can't stress enough the importance of hiring professionals to move a family heirloom. My piano has been in the family for over thirty years and is an important symbol of our musical inclination. I was faced with a difficult move - my new house had a challenging entryway that all other movers told me would definitely make a piano move impossible. In a panic, I called McNally Piano Movers. Understanding my dilemma, Kenny showed up on Canada Day to survey the move. He calmly assured me that there would be no problems. The move was completed in less than thirty minutes with absolutely no damage to the instrument or my house. I am more than impressed with McNally Piano Movers - their service more than justified the cost. Please do not hesitate to contact them if you are relocating a treasured piece.

Piano Moving

I can't say enough about how AMAZING Jeff and Ken are!! They really have gone above and beyond any expectations, and have made my son's dream come true. They also exemplify human kindness, and understand the value in 'paying it forward.' I contacted them to move a 'free' piano that was posted by a friend for a friend. I had to have the piano moved within 36 hours and Jeff was quick to fit me in. Upon picking up the piano, it was discovered that it needed some work. I was contacted by Ken and told that for a very minimal cost, they would fix the piano and deliver it to me (with no additional moving charges). Upon delivery, it was discovered that the piano required a lot more work, so Ken took it back to have another look at it. I was then contacted and told that it would cost me over $1000 to repair the piano, and it really wasn't worth it. There was a pause, and that's when Ken told me that they would GIVE me a piano that had been donated to them. Needless to say, there were tears. This incredible gesture made one boy very happy, and made a mom realize that there are good people out there. These guys are THE guys - don't go elsewhere!

Moving upright grand piano

Movers were on time, efficient and took very good care of our piano. They moved the piano down two flights of stairs that had a bend in them. The only reason I did not give the company 10/10 is that I had not been asked by the person who I booked with to describe the entrance and the movers were somewhat dismayed by the stairs and angle. But they did a great job and were very professional.

piano moving

Just a quick note about some absolutely wonderful piano movers: McNally Piano Services in Toronto (well North York). I had just sold my grand piano (sob) and was watching as Ken McNally (30-year owner of McNally Piano Services) and a competent colleague moved it from the stage in the "music room" of our house in Cobourg out into their truck to deliver it to the purchaser in Toronto (well, again North York). You clearly have to know what you're doing to move a huge piano up a couple of stairs -- on its side, with its legs removed, and with protective coverings everywhere to protect its finish. Watching the expert and very coordinated performance of these two was as awe-inspiring as listening to a brillian piano performance. Well done! They had been recommended by my cousin (Cecilia Ignatieff), a concert pianist, -- and I can well understand the recommendation. --- Rod Anderson
