PC Service on Site is a godsend! The video display on my desktop kept crashing and I was reluctant to use my computer. What next? My sister suggested I call her 'computer guy', so I did. Meredith booked an appointment with me the next day! Pete is very knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. He took the time to explain what he was doing and answer my questions. Pete was able to correct the problems he found. I would highly recommend them! The services provided were excellent value.

Dealing with PC Service On Site recently was a satisfactory experience. The owner Meredith responded in a timely manner to my call and one of her staff, Chris arrived promptly at my home at agreed upon time. Repair included purchase and installation of a new hard drive. At my request, Chris also installed Windows 10 and purchased an external hard drive to back up my files. I highly recommend this company. I am happy with the work Chris did and his communication skills especially about computers. Great also to deal with a company who clearly explained the options/costs prior to proceeding. It was a pleasure doing business with you both.

PC Service on Site our lifesavers! I was able to have my computer fixed remotely - they went above and beyond call of duty! The customer service I received was unbelievable - so appreciative of their assistance. My work computer had a virus on it - as a self employed person I was very concerned about downtime associated with fixing my computer but the problem was fixed remotely so it took little effort on my part and took a huge weight off my shoulders!

I needed a complete clean, reconfiguration of passwords, someone reliable, smart, efficient, pleasant to deal with, and got fabulous timely service. I had created a number of logjams and cul de sacs. Now everything is back up and running. Thanks for Chris!

My iMac is about four years old, and I am NOT computer savvy. My computer has never been updated, and I have loads of photos, music and videos saved. Eventually, of course, this led to problems with Flash, Adobe, and I noticed it was running more slowly. Since the iMac is so darned heavy, I didn't want to schlep it into a store for a fix. I looked up on-site computer services on HomeStars and found PC Service on Site. They sent a very nice, cheerful and friendly guy - Chris. He was awesome. He updated my computer and made everything easy - it will update on its own and save everything without me having to do anything. I would highly recommend Chris and the PC Service on Site group for any computer fixes or maintenance!! Thank you so much!

COMPUTER ACTING UP AM A SENIOR. USED PETER BEFOE SET UP APPOINTMENT GOT ESTIMATE HE ARRIVED ON TIME WENT OVER ISSUES WITH ME. SET UP SO IN FUTURE HE COULD CONNECT REMOTELY . WAS DONE IN UNDER ESTIMATED TIME AND WAS ONLY CHARGED FOR 1HR . GOT A FOLLOWUP EMAIL TO CHECK IF EVERYTHING OK. HAD PETER CALL TO GET MORE INFO ON REMOTE FIX & HE DID A DEMO ON MY COMPUTER. VERY VERY SATISFIED!

Let's face it....its scary when your computer starts doing weird things or appears to die completely, especially when you don't know who to trust. Thanks goodness I now have a computer guy that I can safely call. Pete did a great job putting my computer back in "like new" shape. Along with other problems, it needed a new hard drive, but Pete was happy to install one that I had from a previous computer. He also helped us with our home network (Now I can watch Netflix on the bedroom TV). One more little (big) thing. He was exactly on time.
