Dealing with PC Service On Site recently was a satisfactory experience. The owner Meredith responded in a timely manner to my call and one of her staff, Chris arrived promptly at my home at agreed upon time. Repair included purchase and installation of a new hard drive. At my request, Chris also installed Windows 10 and purchased an external hard drive to back up my files. I highly recommend this company. I am happy with the work Chris did and his communication skills especially about computers. Great also to deal with a company who clearly explained the options/costs prior to proceeding. It was a pleasure doing business with you both.

This way when you need something we are able to find the right equipment within your budget. The other element that we take great pride in is our techs do not speak techno babble.
