I couldn't re-install my HP Printer after moving so called PC Service On Site. Amazing service - Pete responds quickly and follows up after the fact. Although the printer turned out to be toast, Pete suggested what I should buy and called me a few days later to see if I'd had success. He was prepared to walk me through it over the phone! Definitely recommend PC Service On Site to my mother. KV
