Contracted in Aug 2016. Delay after delay, backed by excuse after excuse. Often cited weather as the culprit, but on nice days they wouldn't show. They laid the blame on their sales rep after he left the company. Then installation problems were then blamed on their crew foreman, who also left the company. See the trend here? Roof finally completed in the spring 2017, over 9 months later. Then the first heavy downpour revealed a substantial leak.
This experience has taught me about how to do things better in the future with work timetables and deadline penalties.
