This store has the best customer service around. The folks at the desk helped me understand the process of building my own deck and fence and figured out the cheapest deal to do it

Totem was excellent to deal with when we needed to order windows for our new house. They were very helpful and discussed every detail thoroughly. We were very pleased with the results and their excellent customer service.

After getting quotes on a deck and being told mid-july to end of August when they can build. I was told to go to Totem. Linda was my angel. She got a contractor to contact me about the deck. a drawing was done and supplies were ordered. Pricing was up front and no hidden cost. The process took a whole week. from quote to order to build. We went to Totem to look for vanity items for the basement bathroom that we were finishing. We came across a mirror that did not have a price on it. The sales clerk was very quick and efficient, let us know it was the last one they had in stock and gave it to us for a clearance price. We were very satisfied with the efficicentness of the service that we went back for more items to finish our basement with.

Our deck was very poorly designed and constructed. We had 2 sets of contractors sent out from Totem to finish the job and it still does not appear very professional. Paid far too much for the work that was done.

We purchased all our fence supplies from the Airdrie Totem. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The lumber is stored outside so is not subject to as much shrinking or twisting as lumber that is stored inside. We would definitely shop at Totem again.
